From humble beginnings in 1985 cleaning windows then on to setting up an office cleaning business serving many local shops and offices in North Essex we later incorporated a carpet and floor cleaning restoration business built on trust and client referrals , still operating in Essex and Suffolk owned and operated by Karl and Rachel collins. We have been cleaning carpets now both commercially and domestic for over 20 years.
during all this time we have undergone extensive training, training provided through IICRC, National carpet cleaners Association, Prochem , and the Alltec Network, including floor restoration in Italy and training with most providers here in the UK .
it has always been our main objective to to offer business and homeowners the highest possible cleaning standards. Its a business ethic built on trust and honesty , we know like in all industry that there are so called cowboy traders just out to make easy money and offer very little service in return, if you the consumer has been a victim then sadly you have my deepest sympathy our one wish is that these people would just disappear but that sadly will never happen.
